Your photo is processed securely and deleted right after
To produce a studio-quality, fully-compliant result, your uploaded photo is sent over an encrypted connection to our secure processing server, where the background is removed and your head is framed to the document's exact requirements. The photo is processed in memory and deleted immediately once your result is generated. We do not store, keep, log, or reuse your photo, and we never use it to train any model.
What we do keep
To take payment and deliver your purchase we process your email address and order details through our payment provider (Polar). We keep a minimal record of the order (document type, amount, timestamp) so we can honour the guarantee and provide support. If you ask us to email your finished files, those files are sent and not retained.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly, cookie-light analytics to understand which pages are useful. These do not identify you and never include your photo.
