If a photo you bought from PassPix is rejected by the issuing authority for a technical quality reason our checks are responsible for, we will re-make it for free or refund you in full. Just reply to your receipt with the rejection notice within 30 days.
What is covered
Wrong dimensions, wrong head size or position, wrong background, or file-size issues on the files we produced. These are exactly the things our AI verifies before you pay.
What is not covered
Rejections for reasons outside the photo itself (for example wrong document selected, an edited or filtered source image, or a rejection unrelated to image quality).
How to claim
Email support@passpix.co with your order email and the rejection reason. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
